When Your Blog or Webpage Drop Menu Hovering does not load on other Browser like Internet Explorer 9 or Mozilla Firefox. So in This case is what you need is just Edit your HTML Code and Follow my Step Now.
1) Log into Your Blogger Account
2) Click on Theme and then Click on Edit HTML
3) Search your Drop menu navigation title as you were given during Menu creation.
In my Case ( i have titled it with DDM Drop down Menu)
4) paste the following code Below Drop down menu code at the end.

5) Save your Theme and Refresh your Blog page
