1)   Log into your Blogger Account
2)  Click on Theme




















3)  Click on Customization











4)  Click on Advanced  and after Click on  Click on CSS



















5)  Paste the Following Code in Add Custom CSS .

          header {
                    width: 1100px; /* adjust 1100px according to your needs */
                     height: 450px;/* adjust 150px according to your needs */ }

 
   











 7)  Save Theme And Refresh Your Page !

    Weather we can customize pixel of header height in this code ...

      As i have mentioned in side Comment , You can just replace another Pixel value according to your own Choice .
