How To Add Breaking News Headlines in Blogspot

1) Log in to Your Blogspot account

2) Go to Layout of your blog     

3)   Click on Layout ,New page will pop up       

4) After clicking on layout , click on “ add new gadget”

5) Scroll down and Click on the HTML/JAVA  Script 

6) Enter the following code:
 <marquee bgcolor="#78e028"><font color="#e52d09" font size="3px">NewVersion  of  Window 10 Enterprise has been   Uploaded</font></marquee>

7) You can add your favourite text on Bold Area text which is above mentioned..

8) Save your progress and refresh your blog page..
