Add Extra Gadget above Header In Blogger

ADD EXTRA GADGET ABOVE HEADER

Dear Guys, Everyone wants having primary and Secondary Drop Down Menu.  One Menu above Header and the Other One below Header. So the Process is So Simple .Menu bar above Header also called Secondary Menu. So we Can Also Say How to Add Secondary Menu in Blogger.Just Follow the Below Steps and Do it Now...
Before Adding Secondary menu we have to unlock Extra widget above Header.So here we Are Doing

1) Log into Your Blogger Account
2) Click on Theme and Then Click on Edit HTML
3) Hold Ctr+F and Search the Following Code on Coding Menu

4) You will Find out the above Code
5) Replace maxwidgets='1' by  maxwidgets='4' and also Replace no by Yes
6) Save Your Theme
7) Go to Layout and You will see Extra Widget above Header .Now its your Choice if You want to          add Horizantall Dropmenu so just click on HTML/JAVASCRIPT and past the dropdown menu            code.
8) Thats Done
